What type of leather do you use?
When choosing materials and construction for our leather gear, we wanted nothing but the best. For our leather, we chose one of the premier tanneries in North America, based in the leather capital of the world - Leon, Mexico. The entire Everyday Dopp and Travel Case are constructed with nothing but 100% premium, extra-thick full grain leather. We never use bonded, genuine, or any other lesser quality leather.

Unlike cheaper leathers, ours is tanned all the way through the hide. The entire thickness of the leather grain is saturated with the oils, dyes, and preservatives used in the tanning process. This means that the leather lasts longer and looks better as it ages.

I’m currently using this everyday dopp on a trip overseas. The leather smells great out the packaging and still smells great now though I’ve only been using it for a month. It gives me a stylish place to conveniently store my essentials and helps keep me organised on my trip. I use it as if it were a packing cube, only for other essentials like my camera, charging brick and other bits and bobs rather than clothing. If you are looking for a stylish way to store your essentials whether on a trip or at home, this is definitely worth a look.

One dope dopp!

Having bought Tumi, Coach, and many other Dopp kits over the year it is clear to me that this is the last one I will buy. The leather is rich and will only get better and softer with time (and maybe some Bick 40). The zipper is durable and made to last. The size is perfect for the minimalist to add plenty of other goodies or for super-sizing by a product loving metro-sexual. Love everything about this!

Great travel bag

Great leather travel bag. Pockets are very tight and stiff as well as zipper, but I am hoping over the years it will release and shape into very nice bag. I am fan of low profile bag like this, so when you open everything is at your disposal. Never enjoyed digging through traditional travel bags. I was thinking that leather was softer, but with thicker leather I am hoping to get longevity and many years out of this bag.

My old Dopp kit leather bag was falling apart, and my wife hated looking it on our counter every day. After seeing The Everyday Dopp on the website, I knew this was the answer. All other items I've purchased from Supply have been of excellent quality or better, and that's very important to me as I hope this to be the last kit I ever have to purchase.
