A NOTE ON COVID-19
There's no doubt that COVID-19 has been difficult on all of us, but we're keeping operations running at full steam. Orders are being shipped every business day from our warehouse in Austin, Texas. Some USPS post offices are experiencing minor transit delays. Thank you SO much for your patience if any unexpected delays arise.
International Orders can take upwards of a month to be delivered with delayed and limited to no tracking once the package reaches the recipient country.
We are NOT able to ship to the following countries until further notice, due to COVID-19:

U.S. Customers
We offer free US shipping on any order of $35 or more. Any orders under $35 are a flat $4.95. Orders are typically shipped within one business day and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This means it should be on your doorstep within 3-5 days - and often less!
Our return policy is simple - love our products, or send them back. If at any point in the first 100 days you decide that you're not 100% satisfied with your new products, return them for a full refund—no questions asked. Simply contact us and someone from our team will be happy to help you process that request.
A few quick things: Products must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging. Consumable products (shaving cream, post shave, skincare, etc.) must be at least half full. Our return policy applies only to orders placed on https://www.supply.co and does not apply to Warehouse Deals. That's it!
International Customers
For international orders, discounted shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer two worldwide shipping options through the US Post Office — Economy and Express. While orders are shipped out using USPS, the recipient country’s postal service will be responsible for tracking updates and delivery once the package reaches the destination country. If recipient country’s postal service does not deliver packages (ex. UAE), recipient will be responsible for pick-up. We strongly recommend including your phone number and/or a PO Box, if applicable.
Economy Shipping will typically take anywhere between 14-21 business days to deliver the package, but can take up to 30 business days in some cases. Economy Shipping does not always include real time, up to date tracking information, depending on the recipient country’s postal service.
Express Shipping can take anywhere from 6-10 business days for delivery, but can sometimes take up to 14 business days in some cases. Express Shipping includes up to date tracking information, provided by recipient country’s postal service.
These timelines for international shipments are estimates and are not guaranteed. If your country charges import fees, it may take longer to receive your package. We strongly recommend international customers to include their phone number at the end of their shipping address.
Commercial invoices will be marked as "Merchandise" and the value of the shipment will be marked as equal to the order amount. Shipments cannot be marked as gifts or marked at a price lower than the amount paid.
VAT, GST or any other country duties/taxes/fees are not pre-paid for international orders or included in the shipping cost calculated at checkout and may be levied upon delivery. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
If your package is undeliverable and returned to us because you’re not there, an incorrect address was provided, refuse to pay import taxes, or moved without notifying us, the shipping cost for your order will not be refunded.
To process a return from overseas, please send us an email and we'll process your request and provide any/all information you need to make your return. Please indicate that the package is a return on the Commercial Invoice.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
